Alternative to slik pro 824CF

Been borrowing this guy for the last month or so.

Looks to be discontinued, any good alternatives?

I have a Sirui and have been very happy with it. You might look at the Sirui N-1204SK, looks like it has similar specs to the Slik. Other options would be the Slik Pro CF-834 and 734. When in doubt, give the guys at Camera Land NY a call, can't go wrong with those guys.

I run a slik 824 and a slik 634.
I owned 3 outdoorsmans tripods and sold them for what it's worth.
I love that slik 824

So far I am really liking the new version (CF-xxx) of the Slik tripods. Haven't used the 824 but the 734 and 634 have been good.

Slik 824 looks like a good buy at camera land but curious how much better or different the 834 is? Just 4” taller? Or anything else

The height difference between the 2 is actually .8"
824 is 64.1" and the 834 is 64.9"

There is no major difference. Other then that small height difference is cosmetic. Just was time for a refresh
