Last father's day I went out to my old man's place and hung out. While talking about this past year's antelope hunt he went on, he said he was pleasantly surprised to find out he enjoys the meat. Whoever he paid out there to process his meat told him it's common for people to use the ground in meatloaf. Dad has been using buffalo with it per the processor's recommendation.

Any of you doing this? I know it's easy enough to toss a meatloaf together but I'm wondering if anybody has a 'secret' recipe they are using.

I love making meatloaf out of my ground deer / elk. I usually just google a recipe and substitute whatever ground meat I have.

I also just make a mound in a glass baking dish instead of a bread pan so that I can make a bigger one, because leftovers are fantastic.
