Any 40 mile herd trip reports?

Seeing lots of Kotz reports this year and really enjoying them! Anyone have trip reports from 40 mile air, Tok Air, etc? Love to hear about successes and learnings. Really appreciate everyone who's shared so far!

I hunted moose with 40 Mile Air this fall. We weren't in area where Caribou were normally expected but still enjoyed a few days of pretty good action on them. As a recurve shooter I just had trouble getting quite close enough on a bull I wanted despite multiple opportunities.
From what we were told the majority of the herd had started migrating a bit early and were already well on their way to Winter grounds in the Yukon by mid September.
