Any Tactacam reps or “nerds” I need help

I have a gen 1 reveal. It’s worked great for 2 years then I deactivated it last winter. Just reactivated it and have t gotten any pics sent to my phone in a week.

Go in to your app ad select the ‘?’ button.
There are several helpful links there.

I had to do a firmware update to my Gen1 camera. It’s pretty easy.
