Anybody hunted Ak unit 24B?

I've heard a ton about hunting the Brooks range and float hunts but 24B is more flat and open, atleast looking on Google earth it appears that way. Any Insight would be greatly appreciated

A Koyukuk float trip is probably on every serious moose hunters' bucket list....that said, it's simply not the greatest producer of moose and carries some disadvantages for non res like a later season start and significant antler restrictions. Nonresident success rates for unit 24 have been averaging in the 40% range...much better than the state as a whole, but there are definitely units that are outperforming it....18 (80%), and 6A (60%), for example. If you're just wanting a really awesome float with good multi- species opportunity, neat Alaskan history, and awesome scenery, I recommend the upper Yukon, Eagle to Circle...did it once in a canoe 20 years ago, can't wait to do it again...
