Anyone go solo with just one mule?

I will be hunting by myself and riding my mule/pack mule. How do ppl like just using the animal they ride in with to pack out and everything. It will be a 6-7 day archery hunt.

If you’ve only got one animal then why not? It’s better than packing it out on your back
