Anyone have a recipe for sausage with cheese?

like title says looking for some good sausage recipe that use cheddar cheese. looking for something that doesn't include jalapenos, the sausage is for my wife and she hates spice.

I don't have anything specific but you can add cheese to any sausage recipe. If you have one you like just put cheese in it.

How can she hate spices? Only what I can eat without spice is seafood, I like them raw and cooked too, but come on, spice is almost a crucial for any kind of meat. If she hate spices, I recommend fruits and smoked cheese plus baguette for sausages, the best.

She doesn’t like spicy food. Spices and seasonings are different then straight up spice that you would get with some peppers like jalapeños.
