Attracted to these for a few reasons:

24.5 oz Weight
Made in Japan
57mm Min IPD
Price

But, I mainly need to know if the barrels are touching when at minimum IPD, and if they are, is the hinge with the 1/4-20 adapter in it far enough back to allow an Outdoorsman's bino adapter?

I'm fine with opening and closing the IPD to put them on or take them off the tripod, but if the adapter doesn't fit correctly and increases the minimum IPD then I will not be able to use them. Don't have anywhere locally that I can put my hands on them. This is why I don't have 12x50 Leupold BX-4's, the minimum IPD is fine until I try to use a tripod adapter.

I am looking for the best $$ value in a 10x50 or 12x50 truck bino. Would like not to spend more than 6-700$ but I do like good glass so if needed to stretch a bit i might. Seems like I always end up needing my spotter anyway so guess I could just continue to roll with my 8x42 but....
