Anyone have experience with Fierce customer service?

Want to get a sense of their customer service if anybody has experience

They answer phones when I call, I've sent a Fury back for extractor issues and had it back fixed in two weeks. I would give them a thumbs up for their customer service. Just my experience though, other opinions might not be so high....
