Anyone missing a black cat?

Called in a coyote a couple weeks ago, carrying this freshly detached, cat’s hind quarter in its mouth.

I live in a mtn town and see missing cat signs on the power poles all the time. Some people just dont understand.

I may have lost a couple of cats to coyotes, including a black one.

It came in at 1:35 on the timer. We felt it was hit, but kept calling, and didn’t try to track after the set.

Few years back I was heading out duck hunting, about 3:00 am., in the north end of Paradise, saw a yote trotting up the side of the road with a black cat in his mouth.... opportunist feeders.
