Arcteryx Celium

In the market for a hooded down puffy - have a non-hooded Kuiu version (super down pro) - was about to pull the trigger on a hooded version of the kuiu jacket and stumbled on the celium jacket by arcteryx. Specs seem similiar and price was about half the kuiu.

Once I get it I will post my thoughts.

Assuming you mean Cerium, I adore mine. I have the hooded version is Caribou Brown and it is excellent. I’m a gear ho to the n’th degree but I can find no reason to replace it. Was wearing it when I shot the bull in my avatar in fact.

I had the hooded jacket but sent it back only it was a little too tight to be my top layer. I got the cerium lt vest and it’s just as much of a furnace as the jacket.

Arcteryx makes some quality stuff.

Found it at Jans outdoors for 227.00 plus I got a military discount

Got mine last winter. Super warm. Way warmer than my montbell with the 800fp. It’s a really nice piece of kit. Plus the warranty with arcteryx is unreal

What Montbell are you referring to?

I don’t remember which model exactly. But it’s was 800 fill power
