Arizona Javelina General

Anyone heading out this weekend? I'm heading into 31 for a few days.

Been at it since Jan 1. Killed one (recurve)missed one(recurve) helped kill 3 others 2 archery (compound) one youth rifle.

My wife transferred her tag to my daughter so heading out this weekend as well.

This is my first time hunting javelina. It's supposed to be around freezing in the mornings, is that cold for peccary? I've heard/read they'll "sleep in" when it's cold and won't move around till it gets warmer. True?

Yes as long as it’s not too windy. They’ll feed in the sun to warm up

I'll be out this weekend in 20b. Pretty excited, first time hunting these things in almost a decade.

I hunted 20B years ago and got my only javelina. Used to be quite a few in there.
