50lb 25” prima with a 444g arrow... micro spines will take more weight to tune than a standard sized shaft, just like a 23mm or 27mm arrow they are stiffer. 25A1EB8D-1174-4758-90D8-947A1927CF26.jpegD760E480-A42E-4A69-AB0F-6FEB72595FA4.jpeg5CD093D3-7943-4938-9E49-08BA54A33352.jpegYou’d definitely be at or above 227fps if you add 2.5” of draw... I’d definitely go with a 400 spine standard diameter shaft and max point weight should be 150 or less, point/insert combined. Building an arrow at 400+ grains with a ton of weight up front will be a tuning nightmare and would be way too slow... if you shot a 350ish grain arrow you’d be way faster and not really lose much KE.

What arrow length would you do with this set up? I am sure you have said it before, but why standard instead of micro again? And do you have a specific arrow you are thinking of?

Here is what I’d build you based on specs

Axis 5mm 400 spine
50grain brass insert
100 gr head
4 fletch AAE Hybrid 2.3
Cut to 27”
This will probably put you around 425gr I’m guessing or close to it. It’ll tune great and be lethal on game.
With this I’d recommend a good 2 blade cut on contact head with bleeder blades.

I like black eagle personally, I’d cut them 1/4 to a half inch longer than your draw length. A 400 spined Spartan would be great but a touch stiff, it would still tune fine though. If you want higher foc I’d do a 400 carnivore with their 42g brass insert. Both arrows would weigh in within 10g-15g of one another. I’d use a 100g broadhead as well. I feel standard sized shafts are easier to tune and less expensive. As far as broadheads go I prefer four blade but it’ll really boil down to trying some, when shooting any fixed blade form is almost more important than the tune, any torque or twitching will change arrow flight quite a bit since you now have blades on the front of the arrow that will steer you off target right out of the bow. But for that poundage and speed a mechanical will probably lower your chances of pass through by quite a bit. It takes a good bit of energy to open them.
