Back/iliac crest pain

Have been training pretty steady for a hunt this year. 1500-2000' vertical feet on the climb master and 2 mile rucks every day. This week I've been having some pain on my iliac crest just to the right of my spine. Is this a common issue? Potential causes or treatments? It doesn't bother me when working out really but when not it is very uncomfortable. Hip flexor sprain?

After researching the SI joint I'm fairly certain that is the issue. Poor ruck fit causing it you think?
