Bad time to be have young ones wanting to shoot

I feel your pain!!! Having 3 kids of my own that like to shoot a guy can burn through ammo pretty fast. Here lately when we go out I've tried making targets more interesting and challenging for them so they slow their shooting and put more focus on quality shots

Stores here have been getting ammo most every week. 22 Lr is in stock right now at 2 of them, several different brands. They are limiting you to two boxes.
Use this as a lesson for yourself. The first shortage I remember was in the early 90's, since then I have been well prepared for all that have come after. Whenever supplies become regularly available you will probably have 2-10 years before the next cycle.

This past weekend I bought at Sportsman's and Murdochs 1200 22lr for $0.06 a piece. There is definitely ammo in stock places, you just have to go look.
