Headed out to Colorado this fall for second rifle elk and needing to buy some lower temp bags and pads for my wife and I. We will be in a tipi with a stove. Planning on having puffy jackets and pants along as well for a little added warmth. I am a fairly warm sleeper and she is a cold sleeper.
Looking for some recommendations on temp ratings or even some specific products as I do not have much experience with some of the more cold weather gear. I would be looking to buy quality products while not breaking the bank as most of our hunts are earlier season. This stuff would only be used every couple years.
