Searched and saw some people were using the Garmin 701. Is anyone using the Garmin TruFlite Ballistic Calculator with the GPSMap 66 series?
The reviews on Garmins website suggests the app is good to go. How is the app interface on the 66 series device? Sometimes using buttons can make things slower than the touch screens we're used to. Is it easy to enter the distance to target? Is there an option for a dope card table (calculated using current sensor data) that might be quicker to reference than a single solution?
I currently use a 64st for GPS and dope cards/memory (primary), & the Hornady App on my phone (backup). Upgrading to a 66i and having gps/sat comms/ballistics on the same device would be appealing to me if it works well...
