Pete, my father-in-law.

This is a 3 burner 90k BTU. You can get all sorts of assessories as well as 2 or 1 burners and smaller griddles. It is heavy but very cool for not doing dishes and cooking a lot of food at once. I keep a level with my kit, 8 levelling blocks from 3/4" treated plywood, long-stem Bic lighter, 3/4" wrench, spatulas and 6" trowel/putty knife. It all fits inside betwixt the burners during transit. Be sure to pack extra rags and paper towels. I treat it like cast iron, although it is not as porous.

I have similar stove(expedition model I think). The stove works great but I'm not much a fan of the grille. maybe I just need to work with it some. I have been using a cast iron grill in place of the OE

Your grubs look tasty so I must be doing something wrong.

I should take notes FM, you don't mess around with the "heavy" camping! I usually feel like we are splurging when I get to bring refrigeratables in the cooler and eat out of a different container than I drink my coffee from!
