Looks interesting but highly doubt a “clear” winner. I can easily find 300 WM brass right now. I certainly can’t say the same for the 300 PRC and the 30 Nosler there is very few brass options

If component availability is a concern for you you will severely disappointed in my article. Component availability has zero to do with the performance of the cartridges which is the focus. I buy all my components when I buy a barrel. If they are not available when the barrel is toast I’ll pick a different cartridge.

Good brass is sometimes hard to find, but right now good 300 Win is not easy to get. ADG is very good brass and they have 3800 pieces of 30 Nos. in stock and zero 300 Win.

Definitely hope the weather begins to cooperate. I want to build a new .30 cal and have been looking at the 30 Nos and the 300 prc very closely.

It will be interesting to see what the 300 PRC will do. I know with my 30 Nosler, ADG brass, 215 gr Bergers at 3100 fps is not a problem, medium pressure with H 1000 but there at 2.920" ogive .010" off.
