X2 on that book! It's a wealth of knowledge. Doug Boze knows his bears. I literally just sent my buddy a link to before I opened this page. The digital edition is solid if you can't get a normal copy.

How broad is the coverage in that book? Alpine fall black bear along the coast to hunting a bait pile up north or from a stand on the east coast? Interested in it but curious what it all covers.

it covers the basics of everything bear hunting, i picked mine up for the kindle for super cheap plus not i have it on my phone out hunting if i wana reference something small

I picked this book up too, this is my first fall season chasing bears but I really feel this book is knocking down some of the learning curve. Well worth it

I have one called “hunting for trophy black bears”, I’d trade it for another book.

“bear hunting in Alaska” is another good book.
