Bear tips for 1st co trip

Heading to Colorado for archery elk and thinking about picking up a bear tag as well, anyone else have sucess with this whats the best methods with archery equipment to get close on bear?? Any tips would be appreciated

Heading out for muzzy co elk and grabbed a tag. Heard they are pretty common in the area we are going. pretty much when its hot the bears are going to find the water just like the elk

Everytime we have an elk kill down bears are on it in few days

I'd get one. I think they're around $100, or were last year at least. There are a good bit of bears in the same area we hunt elk and will usually be on a kill the next day or so.
