Been a minute so here's a few pics from last years bulls son's first toad

My bull would have scored 350” but there was a drought and he didn’t finish his top end. I measured him off what I thought a 350” bull should look like.

I shot a calf that was just several years away from B&C.

Looks like a bunch of barely chipped tips. I think that's where guys are getting critical of an extra 15-18" of missing tine length. I can't see any big missing tine length. I've seen outfitters be nowhere close to actual score before. Solid bulls regardless, but having a combative attitude isn't helping your case. It's literally the most critical time of the year to be posting pics on social media to be examined.

Truly need to ask yourself the motivation behind hunting…this is exactly what is leading to the downfall of western hunting

The number one downfall of hunting / the tape measure. You bring one to my hunting camps and your a out of here…don’t really like flat brim hats but that’s another story.

Buddy I know how to score I know how to take the tape n put it on the main beam to find out where to start the G2, G3 score from etc. not claiming to be a pro. The bull is def not a 270 bull. I rescored him and did it conservatively and here are the measurements. I am up in Idaho if you wanna put a tape on him.

I took it a little personal like being called a liar, but the chipped tips after reviewing was about 7-8 inches on my kids bull. My bull again had lost quite a bit but it’s all good I really don’t care. I rescored him and was conservative with it and came up with 314 had the other side matched he would have scored a bit better but I see everyone’s point that guessing on missing horn is guessing and worthless so I give up

Buddy I didn’t have Instagram until 2018 or wasn’t on Facebook until 2018 killed plenty of big shit without it before then and after…. Not worried about likes was just stoked on my kids Bull and no they are not exaggerated scores either. Feel free to Pm and we can exchange hunting resumes. All these people on here attacking my post for no reason other than they are B&C scorers on the internet. I would say I agree with the Instagram def put a damper on western hunting but that’s probably the only place I would agree with you. That said I saw absolute giant bucks this year otc public land hunting so it’s not all doom and gloom.
