These Graith Specialist belts are very popular with all the pistol nerds I know. Webbing and stiffness are similar to the Wilderness Instructor 5-stitch, but MUCH lower profile buckle that is more comfortable under a pack. I have the previous generation with a slightly different buckle and like it much better than my old Wilderness belt. Supports a Glock 19 sized gun well and still flexible enough for appendix carry.

I have no direct experience with the gen 2 buckle but still looks low profile.

Website says they are no longer making these.

Anyone else have any suggestions for something low profile enough to wear under a pack but rigid enough to support a holster??

I didn't like the belt because I have found that when in climbers and ladder stands that the holsters or pouches will hang on your stand when you twist or stand up and thats not a good thing. Could cause you to fall or drop the top of a climber. Every time you raise or lower the top of a climber it hits the items on the belt! Just my .02!

I described a particular Blue Alpha Gear belt on another recent belt topic. Their 1.5" low profile EDC belt is best I can suggest. It's a true one-hander, no metal, 2 oz ballpark, zero-slip.

Well it’s a two handed operation to tighten the belt, I hate that because once I get to camp and get everything set up, my hands are already wrecked from everything and the last thing I want to do is deal with a belt. I found it to be too slippery. I’d give it to you if you lived near me lol

I wasn’t sure if I was the only one who hated putting this damn thing off and on again. Good to know I’m not alone

I wear the Patagonia adjustable ones. The older thicker modes work better and don’t wiggle lose

Grip6 belts are super lightweight, low profile, and can hold up serious weight. I've used it as a CCW belt without issue, and won't interfere with your pack.

First Lite belt. Just the right amount of stretch and fits nice under a backpacks waist belt.
