Best way to get in contact with Wildlife Biologists?

i've gotten great intel twice from Biologist. both times, i saw them out and about and simply walked up, intorduced myself and talked.

i killed a whopper elk, ,my one and only from a tip the guy gave me. he thought we were insane to hike it in, but he did let us know it was BLM land and that there were a ton of animals up there.

jost a month ago. talked to a game guy. he gave me great intel on an Abalone spot. i told him i was a crappy swimmer and he said, "well..i dont give swim lessons" we got a good laugh..he said go with rubber boots at a negative tide and i wont need to swim.
