I just filled out the online repair for my binos. Mainly just for the cleaning but also had the front cap missing. Anyways i received a call from them asking if i had filled out the repair because the shipping address was different from the one i used last time and they were just making sure they had not been stolen. She also talked to me to make sure they had every thing down that needed checked out or repaired. This is top notch CS if you ask me! I've sent in my binos before and when they come back they have not only taken care of what i put down but also a laundry list of other things they have checked or repaired. I'm definitely a Swarovski fan for life!! Thanks Swarovski for a great product and CS.
