I feel I should share my experience with Black Ovis . I had purchased a set of Camofire Trekking poles , some time ago , and on a recent truck ride west (hunting) the locking nuts came loose and I lost them .
I emailed them and was hoping they could supply the nuts , and they sent a new set of Trekking poles .
Even after I've sent them a few nasty emails about their choice of who they let represent them .

I would be more curious as to why you would send nasty emails about who they let represent their brand...then turn around and support them by purchasing their product?

I bought the pole before the nasty emails . And they weren't rally nasty , just let them know what I thought .

I see. I read that as the screws were lost while shipping to you. Carry on.

After I looked at it I see where I could have worded it better . I edited it , hopefully now it makes sense ?
