Boulder Mountains MT?

First time hunting montana and dont have any hunting buddies. Heading out next month to do some scouting in the boulder mountains in areas I have located on maps.
Does anyone have info on bear population in the area and hunting pressure/ orv pressure during September? Any insight would be appreciated.

If your referring to the town of Boulder, go past the fairgrounds up the little boulder. Wilson Cr, jerry smith cr and buffalo cr. are huntable.

I have seen people mad about dropping unit numbers. But the range from Elliston to Butte. Mainly wondering if it is packed with orv's and what the bear population looks like? But any info is great. Thanks
