Since I got back from my Western Hunts I’ve been bumming around the UP, and filming my hunts. The last few weekends I’ve been traveling, tenting it and/or sleeping like a well-equipped homeless man in the back of my truck. My wife is very patient, in case you hadn’t guessed. On this hunt the bucks were just starting to ramp up on ground scrapes, and I got to have a couple pretty cool encounters with a solid 8 pointer! I really love those camp hunts where you can walk right out of camp and start hunting, with %100 focus. I’m filming everything and shooting for a weekly video this season.
