I reloaded just under a 100 rounds last night split 50/50 between nosler and hornady brass. After I made my round I weigh each round to make sure I put powder in, primer, and then not a double of powder charge.

the nosler brass when completed weighed roughly 405. Hornady weighed roughly 395.
Has anyone else had this?

Yes. Brass will be all over the place in terms of weight. Higher quality brass will be more consistent, but I had Hornady 6.5 Creed that had a spread of 50 grains from the same package

1 you’re surprised that there is a variance in weight?

2. You’re mixing headstamps and you’re surprised there is a variance in weight?

All brass and bullets will vary in weight. I haven’t found it to affect accuracy at my hunting ranges, though.
