So I'm sitting here watching the Giants game and sharpening up a bunch of my broadhead blades that killed throughout the past year. Some of them are a little beat up and tough to get "scary" sharp. But, they are still as sharp as some heads come from the factory (which may not be saying much). How sharp do you guys consider sharp enough? How many of you hone the edges on brand new blades? I usually don't and I've never had a problem killing, but maybe it's something I'll start doing to get that extra "edge" if needed.

PS: 34 days til deer season starts here....

BSA I always sharpen my Magnus stingers right out of the package. I like my broadheads to catch on my thumbnail if I try to run it across. What kind of a sharpener do you use? I use a accu sharpe and it seems to work great on my broadheads and knife. I usually sharpen my broadheads every few days especially the ones I pull out of the quiver a few times.
