I have always liked browsing cameras, so I ordered a couple of their cell cams. They showed on Wednesday, and neither one connects to the cell service. They looked up my account, asked the batteries and SD card I was using. They then informed me there was nothing more they could do and I would have to pay to have them shipped back so they can see what’s wrong with them. Disappointed in the customer service. Anyone else ever have this issue? I tossed the cameras in my vehicle and tried them at several other places around town with great cell service and still didn’t connect.
