Size M 32-34 waist and 32 inseam true to size I'd say. FYI I wear 30x32 and could synch them real tight and make them work.
$38 shipped USPS, Paypal only no fees.

I thought someone else could make user of these and I make a few bucks back. I cant tell you what model these are or when I got them but I've had them for many years. Never hunted in, couple day hikes. No holes, tear, or real wear. Couple small marks you cant see after one whiskey.

I had to google "softshell" to make sure I understand what it means exactly...

Soft-shell pants are made of high-performance synthetic fabrics that are resistant to abrasions & tears. They hold up extremely well to mountain abuse. They are typically water-resistant (not water proof) which means they are breathable and shed light rain and snow and dry quickly when they get wet.

Based on this definition, Yes I would call them that.
