Bumping Shoulder Too Much

Full length sized some once fired brass today and bumped the shoulder .0035. I was shooting for .002 but that didn’t happen. I know it’s not much over but will I be ok?

You'll be fine. From what I've seen most factory loaded ammo is twice that before they're fired in a given rifle.
