How do the MAD knobs work? They are capped turrets so not waterproof if you don’t run the caps?

I’m not sure and can’t find that info with the googler.
This was mounter on a CA ridge line and fired 20 shots at most. My brothers gun which he got rid of and I took the scope. I’ve never used it.

There aren’t any other turrets with it in the box? I just looked and couldn’t find any clear info on it either!

The instructions weren’t even opened so I’ll post a couple pics of the mad knob system page. It specifically says mad knobs are interchangeable between capped or exposed knobs, and it is fully waterproof with capped or exposed knobs. It looks like you can get other knobs from Burris
