Bushnell Customer Service-Outstanding

I have an old 60 mm Bausch & Lomb 15 x 45 spotting scope that I really like. It was made in Japan, lightweight and great for back pack hunts. I am not an expert but the optics have always been sufficient for what I use it for. I have gotten a lot of use out of it over the years. The stem on it came loose recently which resulted in it wobbling on the tripod. Bushnell took over B & L so I called them. As directed, I dropped it off at their outlet store and they had it sent back to me repaired, free of charge within a week. I was really surprised by how easy it was to deal with them and how quickly I got my spotting scope back.

Like others, I have had my share of poor customer service from other companies and I thought I would mention my recent experience with Bushnell. Vista Outdoors owns Bushnell and some other major companies. Happy to give them my business going forward.
