Bushnell LMSS vs Cronus Tactical Spotters

I’m looking to get a new spotter for PRS and have it narrowed down to the Bushnell LMSS with H32 reticle or the Athlon Cronus tactical spotter. They basically look the same on the outside and I’ve only looked through the LMSS. Does anyone know if they are optically the same or if one edges the other out? I’m leaning towards the LMSS at the moment.

The optics in the Cronus are slightly superior which will have better edge sharpness and less color fringing.

The zoom range on the Cronus is slightly larger.

The Cronus comes with a high mount for accessory items.

Overall the Athlon is a better choice and will cost you less

I was able to get some more time through the lmss and am really liking the h-32 reticle. Think it will be better than the reticle in the Cronus though. I’ll try to give your shop a call tomorrow.
