This guy posted pr of Swaro Binos that had damage and did not disclose the damage in ad. When I got them I immediately made him aware and I wanted to return for refund. Told me he had a pic of damage so its on me then said to send to Swaro to see if they will fix them. Content of ad was deleted by him. Sounded like a nice guy when I spoke to him so I agreed to do paypal FF...what a mistake.

Man that’s a bummer of a deal. Another one to add to the do not buy from list.
I know it sucks but I would contact Swarovski about the damage. They have amazing customer service and will likely get you fixed up. Had a buddy get both lenses replaced/upgraded due to scratches for next to nothing.

Do we have a master list that shows the “do not buy from” list?
If not there should be one. Admins should be only ones that can add to the list.

Had both objective lenses replaced in my 10x42 slcs for $200. They replaced all the cups and armor while they were at it. Things looked brand new when I got them back.
