I have the Cabelas credit card (now Capital One), and used to shop once a month or so online at Cabelas. I used to get a Cabelas code at least once a month, but I haven't received a Cabela's discount code in several months. It might have something to do with the merger, but from what I see (and hear), Cabelas is going down for the third time (drowning), and will soon be gone.

I agree about Cabela’s going down hill. I used to be nearby once a month for work and would always stop in. Now, if I go once every three months I’ve gone a lot. What made Cabela’s great is going away quickly. I’ve had a gift certificate for nearly a year and haven’t spent it. Planning to do so tomorrow.
