Last day of archery moose season and I was out hunting near town. I heard the usual atv traffic and such a half mile or more away, then heard the distinct sound of a drone in flight a ways off. Now, granted, it could have been a recreational user, but the last day of season......in this location, "Are you serious," I'm thinking. Then the clincher came about 10 minutes later when I made a few bull grunts and antler raking, and that thing came zipping right over toward my location. I looked hard to spot it but never did, but it was close and must have seen me, because it didn't stay long. It flew back over towards where I'd heard the atv, and then all was quiet. I could have called the Troopers, but I figured it was nearing the end of the day and by the time they would have gotten out there, then trying to prove the drone was used for hunting, blah, blah, blah, and plus, I wanted to hunt, not talk on the phone, so I left it at that. Scumbags.
