I came close to trading mine (2012) last spring when Toyota had the rare incentives going for Tacoma’s. I came to my senses as mine only had 70k on it and it was paid for

I just bought a 2015, with 15,000 miles! I started adding up the stuff on it, and the guy had put close to 20 grand in it. Won’t say what I paid exactly, but it was halfway between 30 and 40 grand.

must have just driven to church on Sundays that's some serious low miles!!!!

I guess the guy just liked to build project cars and trucks. Well, have them built. When he died he had several Toyota’s, Jeep’s, different hot rods and bikes. Pretty sure it was a case of don’t let your family sell your stuff for what you said you paid for them.

Reading that, kinda sounds assholeish. For the record, someone else screwed over the loved ones of the dearly departed. I just bought it from that guy.

I miss my 05 Taco, I got hit by a semi on the interstate in Mar of 2019. I had 200,000 mile on the truck. I called my insurance and they totaled the truck without even inspecting the truck. They sent me a $20,000.00 a week later. I could not find another Tacoma at a reasonable price, so I settled on a 2013 4Runner.
