I’ve been looking at the fourth arrow arms. Would like some feed back before I bite the bullet. What’s everyone’s thoughts on them?

I’m in the same boat as you. Trying to decide on a camera arm. This is my first year filming so do I get a cheaper arm like the muddy hunt hard or do I just go for the fourth arrow stiff arm? My gut is leaning towards the fourth arrow, simply because it’s very good and I probably won’t sell it. But my brain is saying to go cheap at first.

I've used the Muddy and the 4th arrow arms a lot. The muddy I had was not bad, but it's heavier, and the base is less adjustable on the fly. It works well once it's set, but it can be a bit of a pain if you're trying to use one arm/base for multiple locations. The 4th arrow with the talon base is awesome. It packs down pretty well, and is very user friendly for run-n-gun hunting.

I ended up buying the fourth arrow stiff arm with the talon accessory. I’ll be using it tomorrow for the first time
