Cameron Hanes Beast Mode Training DVD

Aron stopped the Hanes workouts when he discovered the Richard Simmons workouts. Where to you think "meat mode" really came from?

I'm a big Cameron Hanes fan and have seen most his videos. But... his new Beast Mode DVD is TERRIBLE. Not worth the $30. It's about 25 minutes long and just has Cam and his pals running in and out of agility ladders. That's it. No weights, ropes, or anything. Nothing that deserves the words "Beast Mode". Buy at your own risk

With so much free programming available online, whether it's crossfit, lifting, distance running, etc, I don't see why anyone would pay $30 for a dvd just because it has a celebrity name attached to it.
