That video of the grouse being processed in about a minute is pretty impressive.

I didn't watch the video, but grouse are easy. Lay them down on them backs, step on their wings close to the body, and pull straight up with their legs. The breast stays attached to the wings and is perfectly clean, while the rest is discarded.

That was our bear protection for that trip and my buddy brought along some birdshot rounds for the ptarmigan. It's actually much more fun chasing them around with a handgun then with the 12 gauge.

Works great on pheasants and chukar as well.

I brought some 10oz filet mignon steaks that were vac-packed. Put em in my buddy's pack with some cans of double espresso. <g> I figure I bought em and cook em to perfection, he can carry em.
