I have the hunting cargo and love it, I am trying to get something that my fiance can use to stash stuff and use to occasionally haul a quarter. Because it will probably not be used a ton, I would like to save weight and money.

would a grab it and lash kit work on the frame to haul a quarter of an elk? How much of a PIA would it be vs the cargo panel that I have now....that works awesome

I'd actually prefer the grab-it to the cargo panel as it conforms to the shape of such loads better.

It would work fine, esp. With a lash straps. Heck- 4 straps and hardware buckles alone ( 2 vertically and 2 horizontally ) lashed onto the frame would hold a quarter or bagged meat.
