Can Utah Residents draw both Limited AND OIL tag same year?

Checking to see what the current rule is for Utah residents in the big game draw. I know a Non-resident can only draw 1 limited OR OIL tag per year.

How about a resident? I know they can only apply for 1 species in the Limited AND 1 OIL species in the draw but can they draw both in the same season?

Thanks for the reference. The rule is for both. So that unfortunately would extend my retirement plan to cash in all my Utah bonus points and make it a bit more of a gamble
