I hope you are wrong but I don’t disagree with that thought at all. I just don’t see things changing enough to let cross border tourism happen this year.

I just don’t see how any outfitter can survive 2 years of shutdown.

Yes, it's a really unfortunate deal for so many small businesses. The outfitters are really taking it in the shorts with this mess- I feel for them.
