Can't Decide - Hunting Rifle Scope/Mid Range 600yrd

Budget up to $1500

Been browsing many forum posts and just can't decide on what to purchase for my 7mm mag. I went to look at the swar z5 and loved it until I found out they are only SFP. I do some dialing but also want to adjust using holdover so FFP at varying zooms is ideal. I would love to hear some recommendations

Needs:
Ideally looking for a variable zoom up to 18ish or 25. I realize that much is not needed but my eyes need more magnification.

Z5 would have been a terrible choice anyways because they dial like crap. I've had one and would never recommend one if someone wanted to dial. Use the search function on here, lots of threads discussing what you are looking for.
