Im thinking of picking up Quickload or something similar, but have a question that has to do with cartridge length. I am doing my seating check with my hornady comparitor which measures where the ogive touches the lands to the bottom of the brass. I then minus 0.010 to the length and thats where im starting my seating. It appears you can add cartridge length to the quickload program to be more accurate with chamber pressure. Would I be entering my measurement from the comparitor (lands - 0.010 to brass base), or would i enter the measurement from tip of bullet to brass bottom.

I hope this question makes sense. I want to know as much as I can before biting the bullet and buying the software.

Base to tip length, and it takes the bullet length to get the case capacity taken up by the bullet.
