Wondering if anyone has requested a custom dial recently and what the turnaround was?

Have you had good luck with these? Looking to order one for my Vortex Viper for my 7 rem mag. Good to know if guys have had luck and how the accuracy holds up. Will be shooting factory Hornday Precision Hunter.
