Joined the forum, and have some general questions.
Anyone have a recommendation for a 2.5-10x 30mm tube rifle scope? Planning a spring bear hunt and want something in that range for close encounters, but enough for spot and stock also. Going on a .270.
Any quick thoughts on the Leica trinovid 8x42 binos? Or save the cash and get the Vortex Viper HDs?
What's a quality/inexpensive tripod? Planning on trying the binoculars on a tripod this year and my tripod for my spotter is too short.
